1000 Ton Injection Molding Machine

Injection molding presses ranging in size from 260 ton to 1000 ton give us the ability to produce quality, low cost parts with weights ranging from 1 ounce to 13 pounds. The 1000-ton press (completely rebuilt by the original equipment manufacturer in 2003) has both a new programmer and a quick mold change system making it one of the largest, most modern machines of its size in West Michigan. Similar to the blow-molding operations, the injection-molding operations also utilize weigh scale blenders, and automatic raw material feed systems ensuring reliable, accurate material mix and delivery.
