Automated Powder Coat Line

Finishing metal parts utilizing Powder Coating is a strength of Penguin. Our line is extremely flexible and can handle parts of varying sizes – up to 8’ long and 3’ wide.  Our Nordson Paint Booth with automatic and manual hand held guns results in accurate paint coverage and thickness to customer specifications.  We can paint in any color or texture and we specialize in black and gray. With a conveyor line of 900’ we are able to produce thousands of either similar, or dissimilar parts, in a single day.
